This Privacy Policy describes how SARE Beauty Bar collects, uses, and protects information when contractors use our internal commission tracking tool.

Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to operate the commission tracker:
- Contractor name and email address
- Daily service logs including service type, client name, price, and date
- Commission calculations based on contractor agreements

How We Use Information

We use contractor information to calculate commissions owed, generate invoices through QuickBooks Online, and send invoices to contractors via email. We do not use this information for marketing or any purpose outside of commission tracking.

Data Storage

Contractor data is stored on secure hosting infrastructure and within QuickBooks Online. We do not share, sell, or distribute contractor data to third parties.

QuickBooks Integration

This tool connects to QuickBooks Online via Intuit's official API to create and send invoices. Use of QuickBooks data is governed by Intuit's own Privacy Policy, which can be found at intuit.com/privacy.

Data Retention

We retain submission logs for accounting and tax purposes. Contractors may request deletion of their data by contacting the salon owner.
