Acceptance of Termsaz

By using the SARE Beauty Bar Commission Tracker, contractors agree to these terms.

Permitted Use

This tool is for internal use by contractors of SARE Beauty Bar to log daily services performed and to generate commission invoices owed to the salon owner.

User Responsibilities

Contractors agree to provide accurate service data, keep their personal access link confidential, and use the tool only for its intended purpose.

Accuracy of Data

Contractors are responsible for the accuracy of the services they log. The salon owner reviews submissions and reserves the right to adjust or void invoices if errors are identified.

QuickBooks Integration

This tool creates invoices in QuickBooks Online. Invoices are subject to the underlying contractor agreement between SARE Beauty Bar and the contractor, including agreed-upon commission rates and payment terms.

Limitation of Liability

SARE Beauty Bar is not liable for technical issues, data loss, or service interruptions related to third-party tools including Replit and QuickBooks Online.

Termination

Access to the tool can be revoked at any time by the salon owner without notice.
